Why is my order marked as fraud?

We carefully evaluate new accounts to determine high-risk orders. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account as you have been selected by our external fraud checking company based on a number of markers.

You will be asked to submit a ticket with a scanned copy of the following items to our support department:

  • A photo ID such as a passport or drivers license.

Please provide us with the above requested information at your earliest convenience to ensure your account with Rubix Host is set up as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconveniences that may result from this process.

You can choose NOT to submit the documents and we will not activate your account.

If you submit satisfactory documents we will activate your account and you can proceed to make payment to activate your hosting or register your domain.
